I am a very satisfied customer of Reluga Construction. Early this year the team remodeled 2 bathrooms and recently replaced the floor of a third whose underfloor was unstable, and did a few other minor jobs. The original quotes by Adam Reluga were reasonable to me, the work started on the date agreed, the workers always on time, and the projects ended as anticipated. He is a very good communicator. I made the projects as stress-free as I could by suspending the parking outside the house for the Reluga van. I especially liked the approach whereby I selected all fixtures and tile from suppliers while Reluga ordered, paid and collected them, and later charged me after any excess returns- so my involvement was limited. The results are extremely high quality, and their men are diligent, pleasant and always mindful of site cleanliness. I recommend this firm heartily.

When Adam came to look and quote for the jobs required I was immediately impressed by the way he listened to what was needed and also added his own thoughts and ideas some of which were great. His team arrived on time every day and would talk through what they would be doing each day. They were all polite, trustworthy, professional and helpful, nothing was ever too much. They finished the job to a very high standard, making sure everything was working, clean and tidy. I really could not recommend them highly enough - I will definitely be using them again.

I am based overseas, so Adam communicated with me via email. He always responded to my questions or concerns and rectified anything that the tenant was not happy with. Adam sent photos regularly, so that I was up to speed on how the work was progressing. On completion all invoices were sent. I was very pleased with how professional the whole process was managed.
